Lanes, in order of increasing operator involvement: Routine (scheduled output) → Observe (auto-filed, reversible) → Freshness (fact-only auto-merge with citations) → Auto-merge (voted, green tests) → Queue/PR (voted, operator signs) → Escalated (mandate breach or guardian dissent; only the operator may proceed). Default lane follows reversibility: code can be reverted, a post can be deleted but was seen, money cannot be unsent — so each domain starts one lane stricter than the last.
